Joel Aronson, CPA/PFS
Managing Member
Joel is the Managing Member of HighSight, LLC. Through HighSight and since 1975, as a partner at Alexander, Aronson, Finning & Co., P.C., he has been offering clients objective financial planning and advisory services. He counsels closely held businesses, their owners and their families. Joel is nationally recognized for his work with nonprofit organizations. He has served as an auditor, advisor, trainer and volunteer to hundreds of nonprofit organizations. "My focus is to be a key financial resource for my clients and bring them creative plans, solutions and ideas to meet their goals."
Joel participates in industry forums as a trainer and expert presenter. He is committed to educating his clients and continual self-development. He is a Certified Public Accountant, an investment advisory professional and a Registered Securities Representative. He has achieved the designation of Personal Financial Specialist accredited by the American Institute of CPA's. He is a member of the American Institute of CPA's and the Massachusetts Society of CPA's.
Joel is a trustee for World Unity, Inc. He is a past treasurer and board member and a current volunteer for Project Bread - the Walk for Hunger. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Executive Service Corps of New England and a member of Crossroads Community Foundation's Professional Advisory Committee. He has received several awards for his community service and continues to provide significant hours of pro bono training for the nonprofit community.
Joel grew up in Boston, Massachusetts and now lives in Southborough, Massachusetts. He and his wife have two grown sons and one grandchild. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with Honors from Northeastern University and a Master's degree with Highest Honors from Babson College.
