Brian Joyce, CPA/CFP®
Senior Advisor
Since 2001, Brian has been helping individuals, families and fiduciaries put their investments in perspective. "My mission is to educate and empower our clients to make the best decisions for their unique goals and dreams," says Brian. He has organized and spoken at regional seminars on various topics, including the 2006 Pension Protection Act, UPMIFA standards and the Roth 401(k). Brian has also been published in the Worcester Business Journal for his work on the Roth 401(k).
Being an investment advisory professional and a Certified Financial Planner®, Brian understands how difficult it is to find a great financial advisor. Finding an advisor with ethics and integrity is only the first step. They need to have correct processes in place to recommend products based on the client's need and not the advisors paycheck. Brian says, "I want to be a confidant to my clients. I work with my clients and help educate them every step of the way. Every quarter when I meet with my clients they learn something new. At HighSight we show our clients how to put their investments in perspective and to properly evaluate their results. We never settle for mediocrity. We are always striving to find the top performing managers for our clients so they can sleep better at night knowing they have an increased chance of achieving their dreams and goals."
When he is not advising his clients, Brian serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of Teaching Tree Early Childhood Learning Center in Fort Collins, CO. In the past, Brian has served on the Board of Directors for Homes for Our Troops, Roxbury-Weston Programs, Inc., was an active Big Brother for Big Brothers/Big Sisters Association of Boston and has run the Boston Marathon on behalf of various charities.
